About the team

Our team is responsible for building a platform which shapes the future of work. The platform facilitates the complete mobile workforce journey. From the on-boarding and training of new people, creating tasks, matching them with the right crowds, supporting flawless execution and making sure payment and billing is done swiftly and correctly.

The team currently has around 15 people who work passionately on backend, web based and mobile applications. All of them having one thing in common; a drive to add value to our platform. Our team consists of backend, web & mobile developers, QA’s and UX/UI specialists.


Your Mission

You will be tasked with the important mission of improving the quality of our platform. You’ll be involved in creating test plans, reviewing requirements and executing tests. As a QA engineer you’ll be testing our app, web applications and services. Documentation of the possible defects you’ll find is key. You’ll be part of the scrum team providing the software engineers with diagnostics and analysis of the defects.


What You Will Do


  • Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new developments and enhancements.
  • Analyze test results to discover and report out on defects.
  • Work with business community to plan and execute UAT.
  • Test Front-end application and web services
  • Work closely with the Product, QA Automation, and Development teams during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results.
  • Proactively identify new tools/processes/approaches and continuously strive to find ways to improve the overall testing strategy


Requirements

Requirements

  • a Bachelor’s degree or academic thinking and working level
  • 3-10 years of manual testing of API, web apps or other software.
  • excellent proficiency in English (both in writing and speaking); other languages are a plus
  • You live in the Netherlands
